Platinum-carbon catalysts are currently one of the key materials for proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). Commercial fuel cell platinum-carbon catalysts are generally platinum particles with a particle size of 2-5 nm, distributed on a carbon support, with excellent electrical conductivity, high specific surface area, medium porosity and resistance to electrochemical corrosion. According to needs, the platinum loading varies from 20% to 70%; the anode catalyst loading is relatively low, and the cathode oxygen reduction catalyst loading is generally greater than 50%.
